jenny trautman

Jenny comes from the technology side of the house. She has long been an innovator in collaborative processes for decentralized projects. Her career includes roles in media, software, semiconductors and higher education. Jenny’s past work includes leading IT across twenty six business units for a decentralized newspaper corporation, leading teams in choosing and implementing corporate technology standards and collaborating with customers to create enterprise media systems for one of the world’s largest software companies.

Jenny excels at seeing the big picture and doesn’t like to sit still. When you add Jenny to your team, you’re adding someone with a track record of getting things done. She can communicate across traditional and Agile environments. She envisions what can be and is honest about what it will take for you to get there.

 

dianne lipsey

Dianne’s experience is grounded in conflict management, collaborative problem solving and conflict resolution. As founder and co-President of one of the first nationwide conflict management firms in the U.S., Dianne combines her own skills in mediation, training and conflict competence building, with knowledge of team dynamics and Agile frameworks to her work with teams. She has worked and consulted with corporations, non-profits and government organizations that include United Parcel Service, the Transportation Security Administration, US Department of Navy, US Department of Transportation, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, among others. Her understanding of team dynamics and of corporate practices makes her an ideal partner for companies.

Dianne’s focus is on how best to support individual, team, and organizational development in changing environments.
